You can target one of these fields for employment by carefully choosing the elective elements of your MCSE. MCSE job opportunities in network security, for instance, will be more open to those with a security specialisation, taking a different route from those who have specialised in network infrastructure, who may be looking for set-up or maintenance type MCSE jobs. For this reason, it's important to think carefully about the areas of work you're interested in - and about where jobs are available - before you proceed to the final stages of your MCSE.
