Child Custody rights for Grandparents
January 5th, 2009 | by admin |I am trying to figure out what rights grandparents have with regard to custody. Where can I find out more about Child Custody Modification laws in different states? I really want to see whether I might be able to get custody of my grandchildren. My daughter has gotten divorced, and she says she can’t take care of the kids herself. I don’t want their lives to be continually disrupted from being passed around from place to place, so I am hoping that I might be able to get custody of the kids to give them a more stable environment than they would otherwise have.
