Wondering About Charitable Unitrusts

Charitable Unitrusts lately, and discovered that they’re a great way to save on taxes while supporting charity.
Everything I have read about
the Cowles Charitable Trust makes me thing that this is a good idea. I’d hate to see the bulk of my estate end up in the hands of the IRS.
Naturally the kids will be less than thrilled, but of course it’s that very attitude that has me wanting to give most of the money to charity in the first place. I wish they could see that.
